Founder Andy Kubes gives flavor a twist at Smoqehouse — a fast, casual eatery featuring hand-crafted sandwiches, salads, soups, fries, and whatever else our creatives have up their sleeves that day. Smoqehouse is a husband (Andy!) and wife team that has influences from other countries and how they use fire & smoke to season food. Their purpose and mission is to make amazing, quality food that is both accessible & affordable while also providing stable & rewarding job opportunities for the local community.
